Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration at any time before the event begins.
However, to receive a refund, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the event begins.

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, our event team will contact you to process the refund.

The 72-hour refund window is set by the site administrator and is subject to change. In the event of a change, the updated deadline will apply consistently to all events.
